A new television has started in the USA. It is a special for dogs, called DOGTV. It made its premiere in February in San Diego California. The shows are for dogs to watch when their go to work. Many canine pets long hours alone at home and this makes them stressed. Owners of DOG TV say the channel will entertain and dogs and that it "offers a to our lovely best friends that they should again feel ”.

The channel has been so that its bosses want to it across the USA. Dog owners who up for the channel will pay $5 a month. The programmes are especially for our four-legged friends. Film crews about what images, and colours dogs like best. A lot of goes into finding the best pictures. The of marketing for DOGTV said: "They love watching other dogs being on the screen." A California dog shelter says the channel helps its dogs calm.
