A humanitarian is developing in the Horn of Africa and the world to be just watching. Up to 10 people in Somalia, Eritrea and Ethiopia are starving because of a severe drought. A lack of means they have no food. At the Dadaab refugee in east Kenya, 1,000 people arrive day. Some are close to when they arrive. They receive some food and very basic medical . The camp director predicts as many as half a refugees will come. He asked the world to before a bigger disaster happens.

One worker believes the world doesn’t care, telling the BBC: “We were supposed to have an warning system but what is the of warning the rest of the world when it doesn't ?” Another aid worker has to try and mothers letting their younger children to give food to the ones. "Some families had already prepared children for and we had to…tell them: ‘No, this is not possible, this child is alive and he can make it…It's hard but sometimes we ,” he said.
