A political party in Switzerland wants to PowerPoint presentations. The Anti-PowerPoint Party the software is the country US$2.5 billion every year. It says PowerPoint is like a disease that has infected Swiss companies. Party spokesman Matthias Poehm also says companies a lot of productivity of PowerPoint. He calculated that workers have to to thousands of presentations week and that 85 per cent of these are a of time for workers.

Mr Poehm says there is a alternative to PowerPoint - the flipchart. He said this would more workers focusing on what the presenter is talking . He believes flipcharts encourage and are three to five times effective than PowerPoint slides. Poehm said: “We want people to be aware of this and the alternative to it.
